Delete your data

Remove local progress, manage Google game data, or ask us to delete information we hold. No installation or website account is needed to send a request.
Request data deletionBest score & settings
Open Android Settings → Apps → Smiley Roll → Storage → Clear storage / Clear data. Labels vary by device. This resets your local best score and sound volume; the reset cannot be undone through the game.
Clearing only the cache is insufficient. Review device backups if you do not want local data restored. Removing local data does not erase Google-held scores or records you sent us.
Google-held game data
If you used a version connected to Play Games, open your Google Play Games profile. Under Your Data → Delete Play Games Account & Data → Delete individual game data, select Smiley Roll and choose Delete.
Google also provides controls in the Play Store's Play Games profile settings. Follow the current Google instructions if labels differ. You do not need to delete your entire Google Account.
Google handles removal of its game records; scores, achievements, or progress may be lost. Google Play History is a separate setting. Disconnecting access or uninstalling alone is not a deletion request. Playing and submitting scores again may create new records.

Use the form below to request deletion of your developer-held Smiley Roll information, including support messages, supplied player references, and any associated game-account records we hold. This game does not create a separate developer account. If we have no records other than your request, we will explain that. We can help you find Google's deletion controls, but this form does not directly delete Google's data or data on your device.
We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to shorter legal deadlines. We may need to verify ownership before acting on sensitive records. We will explain what was removed and any necessary retention. Request records and correspondence are removed from active systems within 90 days after closure. Routine security logs last up to 30 days, and restricted backups may take up to 90 additional days to expire. Specific legal or security exceptions are explained in our privacy policy.

Required fields are marked *. A reply email is enough to start; your Google account email and player ID are not required. Never include passwords or sign-in codes.
