What is CashCaw's accessibility approach?

CashCaw treats accessibility as an ongoing product and engineering responsibility. Public pages, account workflows, store-management tools, marketplace experiences, and trusted storefront components are designed around semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, readable contrast, descriptive labels, meaningful alternative text, responsive layouts, and understandable validation.

Supported interaction needs

  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive controls.
  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and status messages for assistive technologies.
  • Text and controls that adapt across desktop, tablet, mobile, and zoomed layouts.
  • Color and focus treatments intended to preserve readable contrast.
  • Validation messages that identify the affected field and explain the required correction.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is part of design, engineering, package review, and quality assurance. Because CashCaw continues to evolve, some areas may not yet meet every target. We prioritize issues that block access to authentication, store management, marketplace acquisition, checkout, and support.

Marketplace and merchant content

CashCaw supplies trusted component contracts and accessibility-oriented defaults, while merchants and publishers remain responsible for the text, images, color choices, media, and listing content they add. Package review may reject inaccessible or misleading materials, but review cannot guarantee conformance for every store configuration.

Request assistance or report a problem

Email support@cashcaw.com with the page or workflow, the problem encountered, the browser or assistive technology used when relevant, and a preferred contact method. We will review the report and work toward a practical resolution.
